Drug Testing
Specialist SRT may require drug testing under the following circumstances:

Consequences of Policy Violations
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. This includes:
- Refusal to undergo drug testing when required.
- Positive test results indicating prohibited substance use.
- Possession, sale, or distribution of prohibited substances on company property.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Specialist SRT encourages employees struggling with substance use to seek help through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP provides confidential counseling and resources to support employees in overcoming substance-related challenges.
Compliance with Laws
This policy complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding drug-free workplaces. Employees are expected to adhere to these laws in addition to this policy.
Policy Updates
Specialist SRT reserves the right to update this drug policy as needed to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or company practices. Employees will be notified of any updates in a timely manner.
